It doesn't get much more beginner-friendly than the Hercules DJControl Inpulse 300 MK2. This fully-fledged DJ controller gives you access to an extensive range of video tutorials, courtesy of the Hercules DJ Academy. The tutorials can be watched within the DJUCED software, or you can head to Hercules's Youtube channel to check out tutorials for Serato DJ Lite. Both DJUCED and Serato DJ Lite are available free of charge, so to get started, all you have to do is couple your digital music library or streaming service of choice (Beatport ADVANCED, Beatsource, SoundClound Go+ or TIDAL).

Perfect for Beginner DJs

The two decks of this DJ controller come with 14cm platters that can be controlled simultaneously, rubber-coated pads, and a tempo fader. What's unique about the DJControl Inpulse 300 MK2 is the Beat Align Guide per deck, which basically tells you how to position the tempo fader and in which direction you should spin the platters to beat-match both decks. This way, you don't have to keep your eyes locked on your computer screen. In addition to the basics, Hercules have polished off the controller with a mixer section complete with dedicated buttons for track selection and browsing through your library.
